Since 1 April 2024, ESMA has been cooperating with the municipally owned company Sinia. Sinia, under the management of Nybro municipality, has as its mission to offer meaningful and developing work opportunities for those who are far from the labor market. We see this partnership as a central part of our commitment to sustainability.
In order to strengthen the business and offer more people employment, we have welcomed Jesper Rosander to the team. In his role, Jesper will lead assembly and packing work as well as support the staff from Sinia.
Since the start, we have initiated four projects at Sinia. One of these includes the installation of tank belts for CNG trucks. Another project includes co-packing and delivery of tool bags. In addition to these projects, the work also includes the packing and delivery of turning plates for wheel alignment on trucks as well as filter heads for industrial engines, which enable changing oil filters without shutting down the engine. All these projects are characterized by extensive components and several steps in the assembly or packing process. Sinia’s facilities and work environment are optimal for this type of work, with generous workspaces and efficient storage options that promote smooth workflows.
The good access to both space and staff enables us to quickly expand the business and include more projects if necessary. At the same time as the new business in Nybro is growing, we have also invested in a new assembly room in our premises in Stockholm.
