E&K, which already delivers tool kits to Volvo in Thailand and India, has shown that they are a reliable supplier of quality products with high delivery precision. The procurement is largely won by price, which could partly be achieved through proposals for cost reductions and volume benefits through standardization of the products in the tool kits.
